Returns & Exchanges

We gladly offer returns and exchanges for for store credit only. Please contact contact@blackxborders.com for any exchanges regarding custom measurements or alterations.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned within 2-weeks of receipt in their original condition. A return label will be emailed to you upon request. Email response can be expected within 24 hours of inquiry.

Please note that BXB does not accept exchanges or store credit for any sale items or items subject to promotions. All sale items are final.
